Interview Process
The interview process for this position will consist of three phases. Applicants who complete the application process and meet the position minimum requirements will be invited to interview in phase 1.
Candidates will be notified of their status after each phase to confirm if they are moving forward in the selection process.
- Phase 1 : 30-minute interview with the search committee
- Phase 2 : 30-minute interview with the search committee (different questions will be asked), 30-minute written exercise;
30-minute presentation with the Office of College Advancement team
Phase 3 : 30-minute interview with the vice president of college advancement
Job Summary : This position supports new student recruitment and admission through the management and maintenance of the College's customer relationship management (CRM) system, Recruit.
The individual will ensure that all technology is configured, implemented and maintained according to enrollment management best practices.
In addition, this forward thinker will ensure the College's Recruit software is continuously enhanced to serve future students.
The College is seeking an individual who has previous experience with managing Recruit or a similar software.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience
Or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Hiring Range : $48,182 - $60,227

Job Specific Task List :
- Lead all operational, data and technology-related activities, including managing, implementing and enhancing processes and procedures of the College's admissions CRM software, Ellucian CRM Recruit.
- Configure and support the College's Ellucian CRM Recruit system throughout the admissions cycle and enrollment funnel.
- Efficiently apply and provide technical expertise to support functionality of the Ellucian CRM Recruit system.
- Efficiently pull and provide data reports and an analysis of the information captured to support the College's enrollment initiatives and goals.
- Stay abreast of and implement industry trends and best practices to serve future students and meet the College's admissions goals.
- Manage and maintain Ellucian CRM Recruit's integration with other College applications.
- Maintain, develop and enhance Ellucian CRM Recruit functionalities, including communication plans and workflows.
- Configure Ellucian Recruit CRM system to support all recruitment events, including planning, preparation, communication, registration and tracking
- Develop and maintain operations policies and procedures, procedure manuals, and training materials. Standard - (Standard)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Arrangement
The CRM Manager will have a hybrid work arrangement. They will :
- Work from home approximately 90% of the time
- Work from any of HACC's five campuses approximately 10% of the time
These percentages are tentative and thus subject to change.
