Description
Responsibilities :
- Drive the quotations and ensure the professional preparation of quotes for the customer
- manage relationship for the assigned customer
- Contract management and Understanding (3 Party Agreement, Warranty Agreement, NDA )
- Lead negotiations and commercial activities with the support of the sales team
- Act as the customer ambassador and manage the escalation process
- Ensure contract terms for new projects are negotiated to maximize the benefit of Kautex (prices, costs, savings, warranties, patents ownership etc.
in compliance with Textron guidelines
- Drive all price negotiations and contract reviews for ongoing production products for the customer assigned
- Ensure strong financial control of the AOP planning process
- Responsible for serial, after serial, service parts and project related negotiations
- Responsible for offer / order tracking (financial tracking)
- Ensure knowledge about and compliance with Customer Specific Requirements throughout your team and if necessary define training measures
Qualifications
Experience :
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration or a comparable education required
5 years experience in international automotive industry
- Very good business English & German language skills are necessary
- Capability to work with different cultures / continents
- Strong knowledge of customer, market and competitors
- Price & cost calculation / commercial awareness
- Experience to lead a team with direct reports
