Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for providing wide ranging personnel duties. May include analytical support to the Base / Line Maintenance operation
- Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base / line operation functions
- May provide forecasts of future labor requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment / utilization of staffing resources
- Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports
- Perform personnel related duties including scanning, filing, make overtime call outs in accordance with local process, maintain payroll, and supervise attendance in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policy
- Develops and maintains statistical data using excel and share point, and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, base / line forecasts, operations, performance, and OSHA data
- Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base / line operation functions applying computer generated volume data and base / line math model guidelines
- May provide forecasts of future staff requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment / utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance control
- Provide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel, staffing levels, budget, operations, performance, and OSHA

Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 2 year(s) experience in jobs involving personnel duties, reporting and analytical work
- Proficient in MS office package including extensive knowledge in excel
- SharePoint knowledge
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
