Job Title : MID LEVEL Information Technology Business Analyst

Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Information Technology Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business objectives, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and gather feedback from users.
- Create and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Work closely with IT development teams to communicate requirements and assist in the design of technology solutions.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of technology solutions and recommend enhancements.
- Monitor progress and report on status to stakeholders, highlighting risks and issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
