The Honeywell Enterprise IT DSC (Digital Supply Chain) team has commissioned to introduce common business processes, supported by standard application landscape which will facilitate growth, meet customer needs, and reduce customer response and cycle times.

You will work in the Enterprise IT Integrated Supply Chain (ITSC) team in the Planning domain to architect, design, configure, test, and deploy the end-to-end supply chain planning solutions with a focus on RapidResponse application and required integration with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle.

You will bring an in depth understanding of end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain Planning processes in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SIOP and Inventory Optimization.

You will configure the system, identify gaps, design & develop the solutions as required to improve the Planning and SIOP process including automation of processes / reduction of cycle times / improving productivity / customer collaboration / supply network collaboration / vendor managed inventory process, statistical forecasting, etc.

You will work closely with Business users, IT Business partners, Honeywell Global Business leaders and IT COE's to evaluate business problem statements, analyze, articulate, and lead end-to-end solution build including training using Rapid Response as the Honeywell Enterprise Standard Planning application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect designs and solutions to support the realization of supply chain planning functionalities on Kinaxis RapidResponse and Enterprise Datawarehouse.
  • Requirement gathering for end to end Supply Chain Planning including : aftermarket planning business processes, identifying potential areas of improvement and new development, automation of processes, reducing of cycle times and productivity improvement.
  • Lead and Develop solutions in supply chain planning and after market planning by focusing on identified gaps in meeting business requirements.
  • Conduct customer workshops to understand end to end business process requirements
  • Configure the supply chain planning systems to support business requirements and design different seeded resources including : worksheets / workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, application of different control sets, etc.
  • Design and develop technical / functional specifications with Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP Planning applications - working on different modules including : Supply Planning / MRP, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning
  • Support data integration / data skills with multiple sources and target systems.
  • Collaborate with stake holders including : IT, Business leaders, external IT partners, business partners, end users and team members to come out with business problem statements, initiate leading the solution development as required by adhering to the organizational guidelines and processes.
  • Mentor and coach the team.

The annual base salary range for this position is 165k - 190k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Must Have

  • 12+ years of experience in implementation of different supply chain planning modules including Supply Planning, MRP, MPS, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, after-market planning
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain module implementation using Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions in Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Implemented 3+ supply chain planning projects end to end
  • In-depth knowledge of different seeded resources (worksheets, alerts, metrics, scorecards, control sets, etc.)
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance (Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, Source list, Schedule agreements, Contracts etc.)
  • Experience integrating Planning function with cross functional areas within supply chain such as Manufacturing, Quality, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Sourcing, Logistics and Costing.
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 25% to the project locations in peak-times

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent standard (preferably in engineering or IT)
  • Post-graduation and APICS certification are added advantage.
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse certification
  • Experience with SAP / Oracle Planning and MRP, Production Planning, SAP APO
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and growth mindset
  • Experience working in Agile methodology
