JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to employ various statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modelling, and data mining techniques to generate actionable insights and improve current business operations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal and external clients to understand analytical needs and may assist in the development or enhancement of systems to capture business operation information efficiently.
Additionally, this role involves generating ad hoc reports and guiding less experienced analysts in the team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform detailed business analysis using statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data mining techniques.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations for optimization of current business operations.
- Work directly with clients to identify and understand analytical requirements.
- Assist in the development or improvement of systems for capturing business operation information.
- Generate ad hoc data reports and potentially guide less experienced team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficiency in SQL and Python / R for data analysis.
- Strong experience with dashboarding tools.
- Knowledge of causal inference and data mining techniques.
Industry Experience :
Previous experience in similar business data analysis roles, ideally within the technology sector, is preferred.
