Private Notes to MembersComments
Any manufacturing industry will work. Ideal industries : Food beverage pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods. If not those ANY manufacturing works so long as they have been specializing in Continuous Improvement or TPM.
The person can have a Maintenance background or a Continuous improvement background; Im open to seeing both types of backgrounds .
With either background they MUST have specialized in CI or TPM.
Please note : There is just one position open. Ive posted it twice. The first time as a TPM Specialist someone who comes from Maintenance and has good TPM experience.
The second time as a CI Specialist someone who has strong CI experience. My client is open to either background.
In this context TPM stands for Total Productive Maintenance not Total Preventative Maintenance.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a comprehensive approach aimed at maximizing the productivity of equipment by involving all employees in maintenance activities with a focus on preventing breakdowns improving efficiency and fostering a sense of ownership.
It covers areas like Autonomous Maintenance where operators are trained to perform basic maintenance tasks.
Total Preventative Maintenance while similar sounding is more narrowly focused on scheduled maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
Degree is just a plus. It is NOT required.
Lump sum relocation assistance is offered.
