Any manufacturing industry willwork. Ideal industries : Food beverage pharmaceutical and consumerpackaged goods. If not those ANY manufacturing works so long asthey have been specializing in Continuous Improvement orTPM.
The person can have aMaintenance background or a Continuous improvementbackground; Im open to seeing both types ofbackgrounds .
With either background they MUST havespecialized in CI orTPM.
Please note : There isjust one position open. Ive posted it twice. The first time as aTPM Specialist someone who comes from Maintenance and has good TPMexperience.
The second time as a CI Specialistsomeone who has strong CI experience. My client is open to eitherbackground.
In this context TPM stands for TotalProductive Maintenance not Total PreventativeMaintenance.
Total ProductiveMaintenance (TPM) is a comprehensive approach aimedat maximizing the productivity of equipment by involving allemployees in maintenance activities with a focus on preventingbreakdowns improving efficiency and fostering a sense of ownership.
It covers areas like AutonomousMaintenance where operators are trained to performbasic maintenance tasks.
TotalPreventative Maintenance while similar sounding ismore narrowly focused on scheduled maintenance to prevent equipmentfailures.
Degree is just aplus. It is NOT required.
Lumpsum relocation assistance isoffered.
