Office/Clerical - Administrative Assistant
Job Description :
Performs a variety of administrative functions in support of executive.
Requires 3+ years experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously at a fast paced company.
Role requires discretion, professionalism, and prompt responsiveness.
Primarily responsible for managing calendars for 3 HR leaders, preparing and submitting expense reports, and coordinating travel (when applicable).
Manage incoming inquiries for information and direct accordingly.
May involve some procurement, drafting communication, or research.
Coordinates agendas and / or presentations for meetings.
Assist with coordinating team offsites.
Skilled with Microsoft suite as well as Google applications, including Google Drive. Partners closely with shared services and other org assistants as well as broader administrative team.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures as an assistant.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Has experience providing remote support and working asynchronously.
