Job Summary
This position is part of Novanta’s Precision Medicine business unit. Precision Medicine designs, manufactures, and markets machine vision, optical scanners, embedded RFID readers, high-precision customized subsystems, and optical subsystems.
As Marketing Manager, you'll oversee marketing activities for products across multiple areas of our product portfolio. You'll create and implement growth-focused marketing plans.
You'll collaborate with teams to maintain brand consistency and engage customers.
Job Description (Primary Responsibilities )
- Driving performance and results of a marketing and / or specific product line(s) within a business unit.
- Developing and implementing marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Administration of SalesForce.com
- Management of the Reach Technology and PRI Website
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in an OEM business-to-business environment.
- Experience with marketing a technical product, ideally electronics product
- Be able to lead and motivate others to achieve business goals.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Be comfortable with data analysis and using metrics to inform marketing decisions.
