Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our telecommunications company.

This position involves entering, updating, and managing data across various systems to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Review and process incoming documents, ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval.
• Generate reports and summaries as requested by management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Assist in data analysis and preparation for presentations and materials for meetings.
• Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and support cross-functional projects.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.
• Follow the best practices for data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management software (FieldClix is a plus).

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish English is a must.
