As a CRMBusiness Analyst, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery,scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that aretailored to your customer.
You’ll solve problems using your CRM knowledge asyou liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internalCRM community.

- Strong consulting skills and client-facingexperience with an implementation partner and / or end user
- You’ve likely achieved a Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365modules
- At least one full-cycle implementation ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
- Experience managing / leading teams both onand offshore is nice to have, but not required
