PositionSummary :
The SalesAccount Executive is responsible for maintaining andgrowing relationships with assigned customers while meeting salesand revenue targets.
Reporting to the local Branch Manager the rolefocuses on retaining existing business expanding market sharepromoting new products and services and developing newrelationships within theterritory.
KeyResponsibilities :
- CustomerRetention &Growth :
- Maintaincustomer volume sales and profitability by managing relationshipswith assigned customers.
- Expand relationshipsby selling additional products / services identifying newstakeholders and engaging additional customerlocations.
- Introduce and support the full suiteof the companys products andservices.
- BusinessDevelopment :
- Buildand manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities to increasemarket share in the territory.
- Lead jointcustomer planning efforts for assigned accounts and support thesales process in developing and deliveringsolutions.
- CustomerSatisfaction &Service :
- Proactivelymonitor customer satisfaction and service delivery recommendingprocess improvements to enhance customerexperience.
- Manage customer transitions fromthe Business Development Group and lead Quarterly Business Reviewsin collaboration with internalstakeholders.
- SalesAdministration :
- Ensureaccurate and timely completion of pricing RFP responses and bidsfor assigned customers.
- Create manage andadhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assignedcustomers.
- Travel to branch offices customerlocations and assigned clients as needed to accomplishobjectives.
Accountabilities & PerformanceMeasures :
- Achieveassigned sales and revenue budgets.
- Meetcustomer retention and growth targets.
- Maintainhigh customer satisfaction ratings in line with companystandards.
- Complete required training anddevelopment objectives within the assigned timeframe.
Alignment &Collaboration :
- Reportsto the local Branch Manager.
- Collaborates withsales specialists implementation teams and customer serviceresources to ensure customer satisfaction and problemresolution.

Requirements :
- Minimumof 3 years of freight forwarding salesexperience.
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Proven ability to achievesales targets and grow customerrelationships.
