Position Overview
The Department of Biological Sciences at Frisco Inspire Park and Frisco Landing campuses seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor and welcomes applicants at any time.
This posting is for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 terms. The specific lecture and laboratory courses may vary from semester to semester, and openings to teach / lead these sections develop on a periodic basis, depending upon departmental need.
Lecture / laboratory course sections with anticipated need may include, but are not limited to :
Environmental Science lecture and lab, Biology for Science Majors Lab, Human A&P I and II Lab, Genetics Lab, Cell Biology Lab, Parasitology Lab, Immunology Lab, Animal Physiology Lab, Principles of Biochemistry Lab.
Minimum Qualifications
Adjunct Instructors in Biology (Frisco)
Master's degree with 18 advanced / graduate hours in the area of Biological Sciences relevant to the course assignment(s).
Demonstrated college teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
Adjunct Instructors in Biology (Frisco)
Ph.D. in the Biological Sciences relevant to the course assignment(s). Three years of demonstrated college teaching experience.
