About you
We seek a highly creative Senior Producer / Director with expertise in live-action video production and directing. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in concept development, storytelling, line producing, directing, and managing every aspect of the video production life cycle.
This includes overseeing day-to-day project workflows and timelines, ensuring estimates and budgets are adhered to, coordinating resources (both internal teams and freelance crews), and managing assets such as location scouting, talent casting, and licensing.
Additionally, the role requires a strong background in creative development. This role will work closely with clients, writers, and editors to shape compelling narratives and visual storytelling.
From ideation through to final delivery, the position will be key in translating creative concepts into actionable production plans, ensuring the creative vision aligns with client objectives while staying on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader, a gifted producer and director, and a stellar communicator with a passion for the production process.
Our projects range from studio product shoots, scripted content on location, short-form documentaries, branded content, and everything in between.
As the Senior Producer, you will oversee all aspects of production, from pre-production through final execution. While you’ll lead the day-to-day production efforts, we will engage freelance support when necessary to ensure project success.
You will also collaborate with a dedicated post-production team that manages all of the editing and motion design. Your creative input on all aspects of post-production is required, including jobs that are post-production only (existing footage and / or all motion graphics projects.)
Your ability to organize, strategize, and deliver high-quality results will be key to ensuring a seamless production process.
This position is a hybrid working arrangement with the expectation of being in the office Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday, weekly, with the whole team.
While on-the-job training will always be provided, qualities such as a positive attitude, kindness, self-motivation, strong work ethic, enthusiasm, effective communication, and organizational skills are essential and cannot be taught.
If you possess these attributes, we encourage you to contact us.
