Lipari Foods is currently seeking an experienced DOT Compliance Specialist. This position will be responsible for monitoring and assisting in the enforcement of pre and post-hire DOT and FMCSA regulations through Tenstreet.
The DOT Compliance Specialist must have a strong work ethic and high attention to detail in order to minimize risk to the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Process annual MVR checks
- Review and verify the accuracy and validity of all Medical Cards
- Manage post-accident drug and alcohol testing
- Support internal compliance reporting
- Build and maintain Driver Qualification files; Process and manage all driver accident claims; maintain maintenance records for DOT audits
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Working knowledge of Tenstreet
- High School diploma; College Degree preferred
- 2+ years of DOT Compliance experience required
- Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA Employment Guidelines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven track record of high attention to detail
- Working knowledge of computers
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to learn / grow quickly
- Be able to complete tasks with minimal direction
- Great team attitude
