About the Role
As a Sr. Manager, you will be an integral part of the company's growth strategy. You will play a key role in driving the company's expansion plans and maximizing shareholder value.
Key responsibilities :
- Conduct research and analysis on potential areas for expansion and targets for partnership or acquisition.
- Build financial models to evaluate the potential impact of proposed transactions.
- Prepare presentation materials and proposals to communicate recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and negotiate business terms with partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams (product, finance, compliance, legal, accounting, etc.) to drive the deal closing process.
- Analyze & monitor performance of partners / acquisitions; establish relevant reports and dashboards.
- Review existing strategic partnership contracts for potential areas of expansion, cost optimization, and renewal opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, science, or related field.
- 6-10+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate / business development, partnership, or related fields.
- Experience taking variety of transaction types across the finish line including M&A and / or product partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Genuine interest in researching consumer technology landscape.
- Humble, self-starting individual who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and is resourceful.
Arizona base pay range USD : $170,000 - $ 215,000
California base pay range USD : $175,000 - $230,000
