Trane Technologies is seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our rapidly growing team of creatives. As a Product Designer, you will report to the Director of Design and UX and work on digital products for Trane Commercial / Residential HVAC, Thermo King, American Standard Heating and Air, RunTru by Trane, and Ameristar by American Standard.

You will be part of a tight-knit team of designers, developers, and content creators, and you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders including the marketing team, product managers, customer experience, and software engineering.

Where is the work :

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week) based out of Davidson, NC.

What you will do :

• Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products and websites
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that all designs are feasible and meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and share work for review
• Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines for the company
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technique

What you will bring :

• Strong portfolio of product design work
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing for the web and mobile platforms
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage relationships and interactions with stakeholders

Compensation :

Annual base compensation : $82,550 130,500
