They are seeking a highly skilled Head of Dealing to lead their trading and execution operations for their digital asset operation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in crypto market making, comprehensive knowledge of trading platforms like Talos, and the ability to establish and manage relationships with leading execution venues.

This role will involve optimizing their trading infrastructure, ensuring best execution practices, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Order Book Management :

• Manage, and optimize the order book to ensure deep liquidity and competitive pricing across all trading pairs;
• Implement strategies to reduce order slippage, minimize market impact, and maintain tight spreads;
• Continuously monitor and adjust the order book in real-time to respond to market conditions.

2. Counterparty Relationship Management :

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key hedging, ensuring the access to top-tier liquidity and pricing;
• Negotiate terms and conditions with counterparties to optimize trading conditions and reduce costs;
• Regularly evaluate counterparty performance, adjusting exposure and relationships based on real-time market data and trading outcomes.

3. Platform Implementation & Optimization :

• Lead the integration and optimization of the Talos platform;
• Create and ensure the execution of the process of monitoring platform performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes.

4. Execution Strategy :

• Develop and implement execution algorithms that optimize trade performance, focusing on minimizing transaction costs and maximizing efficiency;
• Analyze execution data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in trading strategies;
• Monitor market conditions in real-time to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities;
• Develop and implement strategies to manage liquidity across various markets, ensuring optimal capital deployment;
• Optimize the use of collateral.

5. Risk Management :

Implement and oversee risk management protocols to control and mitigate exposure to market risks, counterparty risks, and operational risks.

6. Performance Reporting & Metrics :

• Maintain detailed trading performance metrics to evaluate the efficiency and profitability of trading strategies;
• Generate regular reports on trading activity, market conditions, and counterparty performance for Finance Department.

7. Automation :

• Lead the automation of trading processes to enhance speed and accuracy, reducing manual intervention and operational risks;
• Integrate new trading technologies and tools to keep the firm at the cutting edge of the industry.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market making, trading, or dealing;
• Experience in managing relationships with major crypto market makers and liquidity providers;
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, with specific experience in implementing and optimizing the Talos platform;
• Strong knowledge of market-making algorithms, execution strategies, and trading technologies;
• Proficiency in using advanced trading and analytics tools;
• Knowledge of Talos Platform.
