Responsibilities :
- Inspecting manufactured products ensuring they meet the specified standards and specifications
- Inspect, accept or reject finished product
- Measure products using calipers, gauges, micrometers, micro heights and CMM
- Preparing required forms and certifications for quality assurance
- Recommending adjustments if needed to the assembly / production process
- Reading blueprints and specifications
- Identify product defects, reporting and recording issues
- Working with process improvements and making necessary repairs
Qualifications :
- Previous quality control inspection in machine shop
- Experience with calipers, gauges, micrometers, micro heights and CMM
- Experience reading blueprints
Hours are :
Monday through Friday First Shift
The pay is up to $75K a year based on experience
