Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator with excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in conducting pre-ops and ensuring proper consent form procedures
- Comprehensive understanding of financing in a dental setting
- Ability to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the practice's growth
- Strong team management skills with a focus on fostering a positive work environment
- Competence in handling doctor scheduling and ensuring streamlined operations
- Comfortable with presenting large and complex treatment plans to patients
- Requires an employee with a strong track record of reliability and dependability
