Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapists to join our team in Caldwell, ID. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their maximum potential and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Administer appropriate therapeutic exercises and modalities.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements :
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Specialization in a specific area of physical therapy (e.g., orthopedics, neurology).

These positions are expected to be full-time, with 40 hours of dedicated work per week. We operate Mondays through Fridays, and keep our facilities open from 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm.
While standard, eight-hour workdays are available, we also offer the opportunity to work ten-hour days, meaning you can have a four-day work week.
