Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic office environment. High school diploma or equivalent (required). 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be fluent in both Bengali and English (spoken and written). Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM / EMR systems). $19.50 / hour pay. 35–39 hours per week. Room for growth – YES, we promote from within!. Responsibilities :
- Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support.
- Guide individuals through accurate registration and completion of applications.
- Provide updates on application status and help resolve any pending documentation issues.
- Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution of client needs.
