Manager, Investor Relations

The Manager, Investor Relations will support the Co-founder / CFO with all matters relating to investor relations, including maintaining relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

This position requires financial acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strategic mindset.

What You'll do :

• Support the earnings process, including writing quarterly shareholder letters, earnings scripts, and MD&A as well as competitive analysis and Q&A prep
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors
• Understand competitive landscape by monitoring conference calls and earnings releases for comparable companies
• Maintain CLEAR’s Investor Relations section of the website
• Maintain consensus model
• Support the planning and execution of the annual shareholders' meeting, including the preparation of meeting materials such as the annual report

Who You Are :

• 8+ years experience in corporate finance, capital markets, investor relations, or other relevant experience
• Strong knowledge in strategic financial reporting and the analysis of income statements and balance sheets
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.

The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
