What You Will Do

Investor engagement - Serve as a key point of contact for US-based investors and analysts alongside the head of IR in Stockholm.

Conduct one-one-meetings and conference calls, build and maintain relationships in the investor community.

Investor marketing materials - Develop, write, and edit high-quality investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases and other marketing materials and reports towards investors.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor analysis to effectively position the company’s narrative.

  • Event coordination - Plan, coordinate and execute investor roadshows and conference attendance in the US.
  • Data analysis and reporting - Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment and stock performance to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Prepare and distribute summaries of market feedback, investor activity and stock performance.

Compliance and best practice - Ensure all communications and disclosures comply with regulatory requirements, including SEC regulations and stock exchange rules.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets (investor or research analyst), preferably within the tech or payments sectors.
  • Proven experience engaging with institutional investors and analysts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial and strategic information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

In addition to the posted salary range, there are additional components to Klarna’s compensation package.
