Responsibilities
Lead the Landscape Turf international marketing strategies, with specific focus on international promotional activities, pricing strategies, campaign planning and execution, and product line planning.
The selected candidate will be a key member of the SBU strategic planning
- In coordination with the domestic Channel team, this person will co-develop, lead, and deploy global marketing campaigns for the Landscape Turf divisions in Rain
- Development of competitive, customer and end-user market expertise that will help lead marketing, sales, and product efforts for the
- Drive international marketing strategy, including the creation of clear, focused, and compelling messages to targeted
- Work closely with the international sales team, Product Management, and third-party agencies to deliver pull through sales of Rain Bird products and increase market
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Product Management team to influence New Product Development that will drive sales and share gain in international
- Research, develop, and deliver compelling marketing materials, value propositions, and promotions to international field sales to help them maximize sales and market share
- Oversight and management of translated materials for international
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree, with 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing to international

- Demonstrated ability in developing and driving marketing strategies derived from a qualitative / analytical analysis of
- Demonstrated success in utilizing influencing skills to generate results from people who have no direct reporting relationship to this position.

- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS :
- MBA with an emphasis in marketing is highly desirable.
- An understanding of the landscape irrigation
- Experience working outside of the United
- Multilingual is a plus
Salary range for candidates based in California : $135,647 - $203,470
Salary range for candidates based in Colorado or New York City : $126,773 - $190,159
Salary ranges include base salary and annual incentive bonus if applicable.
