Our outpatient facility is newly remodeled, offering private and peaceful space for both our clients and staff. Positions available : Full Time : 2 positions PM shift : Sunday- Wednesday, 3pm-11 : 30pm (32 hours) NOC shift : Sunday- Wednesday 11pm- 7 : 30am (32 hours) Benefits For Full-Time Employees : Competitive pay 10 days paid vacation 10 holidays / 5 sick days per year Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits with NO monthly premium for employee 401K with a company match of up to 3% Employer-paid accident & life Insurance Duties and Responsibilities : The Security Guard maintains a safe and secure environment for residents and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

The security guard will patrol the grounds every fifteen minutes, checking doors and windows, and checking empty rooms and bushes.

They will escort unwanted guests from the premises and make a report. They will encourage a client from leaving the facility grounds, if the client insists on leaving, the security guard will notify medical staff immediately.

The security guard will ensure the tidiness of the grounds, picking up any debris and garbage. The primary function of the security guard position is to observe and report and assist when needed with clients.

Essential Functions : Inspect and patrol premises regularly Monitor property entrances Authorize entrance of people and vehicles Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings Secure all exits, doors, and windows Monitor surveillance cameras when available Respond to alarms and react in a timely manner Aid people in need Submit reports of daily surveillance activity Submit reports of every suspicious action Requirements : High school diploma / GED Valid Driver's License Guard card (preferred) Hourly - $19- $26.
