The Hospital Case Management Implementation Coordinator (IC) will ensure the hospital case management technology is effectively integrated into hospital operations, enhancing patient care, streamlining workflows, and improving overall efficiency.
This role will regularly engage with clinical staff as a subject matter expert to ensure they have appropriate access and proficient in using the software system's functionality.
This role is a workflow and system expert who will support the facility / market during the implementation and go-live periods.
This position requires a detailed understanding of the system functionality and familiarity with facility case management clinical workflow.
This team member will be responsible for ensuring completion of pre-go live tasks, coordinating implementation initiatives at the facility, and supporting training and troubleshooting pre and post go-live.
The implementation coordinator will be called upon to support other planning and implementation tasks as needed to support the overall program goals.
This role should expect to travel to multiple HCA facilities, with the majority of their time spent in patient care units.
