Key Responsibilities : Manage and resolve escalated queries from business customers via phone, chat, and emailCollaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer issues and ensure timely resolutionTrack customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved within established service-level agreements (SLAs)Required Qualifications : 3-4+ years of experience providing specialized customer support, preferably B2B in a SaaS or enterprise software environmentProven experience managing escalations and maintaining strong relationships with business customers90%) and quality assurance scores in B2B environmentsAbility to handle an average of 30+ calls and 15+ emails dailyFamiliarity with SLA management and complex customer issue resolution
