Responsibilities
- You will work with technologies including virtualization, servers, clients, networking, storage and backup.
- You will regularly collaborate with other team members as part of a cross-functional team.
- You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.
- You will participate in improving internal processes (LEAN / ACE / CORE).
- You will use your technical knowledge to facilitate resolution of service requests and restoration tickets.
- You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support assigned projects.
- You will provide support for the Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams.

Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.Active DoD clearance (Collateral / Secret) preferred.Experience supporting technology in a professional, secure environment; Desktop Support, Server Administration, and Virtualization (VMware) are relevant.Linux systems administration.Networking knowledge.Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53).Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+). Active cert preferred.Qualifications We Prefer
Technology certifications (Systems Administration, Cloud, etc.).Security certifications (Sec+, CISSP, etc.).Govt. Security Clearance (Collateral / Secret).What We Offer
