Retirement Financial AdvisorResponsibilities :
- Meet with HQPs understand their financial needs andretirement goals and convert them into HighQuality Clients(HQC).
- Lead educational seminars withpotential clients (filled through FTAs marketing efforts) tointroduce our services aiming to inform and invite them forpersonalized advisement meetings.
- Employ yourpublic speaking prowess to effectively educate clients about themost suitable service options.
- Serve HQCs byproviding personalized financial solutions and maintaining strongclient relationships.
- Dedicate 80% of workingtime to sales activities including prospecting client meetings andrelationship building.
- Ensure less than 20% ofworking time is spent on administrative tasks such as writing plansor consulting with the team.
- Lead a teaminitially including an Account Manager (AM) who manages paperworkasset transfers and assists with plan preparation.
As the FAs bookof business expands collaborate with a Junior Planner (JP) tohandle reviews and smaller clients allowing the FA to focus onlarger opportunities.
- Oversee client issuesand provide guidance to the team to ensure exceptional clientservice.
- Teach a college course designed toattract and engage HQPs.
Retirement Financial AdvisorRequirements :
- ActiveState Life and Health License is a must.
- Musthold an active Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to take and pass theSeries 65 test within 30 days of employment).
- Prior experience in wealth or financial planning advisingor life and / or annuity sales.
- Strong abilityto identify and engage with HighQuality Prospects (HQP) withinvestable assets ranging from $500k to $5M.
- Selfmotivated and driven to exceed sales targets and earnsubstantial income (W2 on target earnings Year 1 : $135000 Year 2 : $200000 Senior Advisors earn of $400k $1M based onperformance).
- Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and establishlongterm relationships.
- Ability to workflexible hours including 2 4 evenings per week to accommodateclient availability.
- Demonstrated ability tolead and manage a team ensuring efficient collaboration anddelivering outstanding results.
- Willingness tocontinuously learn about financial products and industry trends toprovide uptodate advice to clients.
