Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our construction client in Nashville, TN.

This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer and driver calls, creating work orders, dispatching, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer 50+ customer and driver calls daily, providing excellent customer service.
  • Create and manage work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with dispatching tasks as needed.
  • Process and manage invoicing for completed work orders.
  • Maintain organized records and files.
  • Oversee bank deposits, post checks, and ACH payments.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
