- Assist clients in planning and booking theirtravel arrangements including flights hotels car rentals andvacation packages
- Provide exceptional customer service byunderstanding clients needs and preferences to tailor travelexperiences
- Stay informed about travel industry trendsdestinations and promotionaloffers
- Utilize various booking systems and onlinetools to secure the best travel deals forclients
- Maintain accurate records of bookingspayments and client information
- Address and resolve client concerns andissues in a timely and professionalmanner
- Build and maintain strong relationships withclients to encourage repeat business andreferrals
Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 years ofage
- Resideand have work authorization in the UnitedStates
- Noprevious experience necessary; comprehensive training isprovided
- Possess a smartphone or computer with astable internet connection
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
- Strong organizational and multitaskingabilities
- Selfmotivated with a passion for helpingothers and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part ofa team
