We are excited to announce a job opening for the position of Certified Medical Assistant with a focus on Allergy or ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) experience.
We are seeking a highly qualified and dependable individual. Bilingual (Spanish) will be a bonus in the hiring process.
This is a FAST PACED job. Expect to be on your feet during clinical hours. Must be on time and maintain appropriate attendance.
If you do not have a sense of urgency or time management, this may not be the job for you.
We are looking for FULL TIME or PART TIME medical staff willing to travel to the following areas : Midtown, Atlanta (Sandy Springs area), North Druid Hills, Lawrenceville, Marietta, Canton, Alpharetta, Cumming, Duluth, Johns Creek.
Additional locations will be opening in 2025. This position requires traveling to different locations.
At Chacko Allergy, Asthma and Sinus Center, our primary goal is to spread awareness of everything relating to allergies, including common allergens, allergy testing and treatment options.

Position : Certified Medical Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish)

Responsibilities :
- Assist healthcare professionals in clinical and administrative tasks.
- Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories.
- Perform allergy or ENT-specific procedures under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Cross train with shot clinic to give allergy shots and proper documentation in xtract.
- Obtain Google reviews from patients.
- Cross train on front office duties.
- Conduct allergy testing.
- Preform NIOX and PFT testing.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work with patients ages 0-99
Requirements :
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) accreditation.
- Previous experience in Allergy or ENT settings preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team.
- TRAVEL REQUIRED
Benefits :
Full time employees are eligible for PTO (starts after 90 days), holiday pay, insurance and 401k. After 90 days, up to $200 reimbursement for uniforms. Must provide receipts.
Mileage paid only when traveling between two offices on the same day.
Salary based on qualifications and experience ranging from $19-$22 per hour.
