Minimum 2–4 years of experience designing for digital channels and executing successful ad campaigns. Strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and refined design execution. Curious and innovative mindset with a passion for testing new ideas to drive results. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and motion / video editing. Strong understanding of social media platforms and performance-driven creative best practices. Sophisticated sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy with sharp attention to detail. Part of our Brand and Marketing teams are based across the country, and this is a remote role. You are also welcome to work from our corporate offices in Sausalito, CA, where local team members occasionally spend the day. $75-95k per year is the anticipated starting base pay for this role. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as experience, education, and skills. Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance should they choose to participate in Serena & Lily’s benefits. Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan. During the first year of employment, full-time employees accrue twenty-one days of PTO and seven paid holidays throughout the year.
Base pay range
$75,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr

Overview
Serena & Lily is seeking a Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our Brand team. In this role, you’ll craft beautiful, engaging user experiences through compelling brand creative. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced but collaborative environment, reporting to the Senior Multimedia Designer and partnering closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to concept and design brand content across digital channels. Projects include social media campaigns, marketing emails, display ads, video, and customer engagement assets. You’ll ensure work is visually impactful, on-brand, and optimized to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Staying informed on industry best practices and competitor trends, you’ll bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Strong layout and typography skills, video editing capabilities, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Multimedia Designer to concept and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, activation, and engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects in a deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality or creativity.
- Partner closely with other members of the Creative team to maintain visual consistency across platforms.
- Develop, iterate, and refine creative concepts based on performance insights and industry best practices.
- Design paid social media assets for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and display networks.
- Concept and design engaging, brand-aligned emails and banner ads.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Stay current on design and marketing trends, proactively sharing insights with the team.
- Gain a deep understanding of the brand and business needs to help shape creative direction.
