Key Responsibilities

  • Develop insights and recommendations based on research to inform marketing strategies.

Strategy Development

  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social, content, email, and events.
  • Develop brand messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive customer experience.

    • Performance Analysis and Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to measure success and ROI.
  • Use A / B testing, data analysis, and customer feedback to optimize campaigns and improve outcomes.
  • Create reports and presentations on campaign performance for stakeholders.

    • Collaboration and Communication

  • Work with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and influencers, to extend reach and amplify campaigns.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of marketing activities, performance, and insights.

    • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and customer insights to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
