Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assemble, test, tune (when needed) of subassemblies and electromechanical products
- Ability to read assembly prints, procedures and schematics
- Comply with all company safety policies
- Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a US Person (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees)
Education and Experience :
- High School or trade school diploma
- 2 4 years technical experience, or military technical training
- Prior experience working with chemicals / mixtures / potting
- Knowledgeable in the use of basic test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Power supplies etc.)
- Successfully pass company provided IPC-J-STD-001 certification
- Successfully pass company provided IPC / WHMA-A-620-cable and harness assembly-certification
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Ability to work with changing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong electronic and mechanical aptitude
- Computer Experience required including a working knowledge of MSOffice programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude

- The use of Safety Glasses is required throughout all production areas of the facility
- Safety shoes as required per TMS policy
