Lead Carpenter
Campbell, CA
Are you a skilled carpenter with leadership experience and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship? Our established remodeling company is seeking a Lead Carpenter to oversee and execute residential projects.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering excellence in finish carpentry while guiding a team to success.
What You'll Do :
- Lead Crews : Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion.
- Perform Advanced Carpentry : Execute finish carpentry tasks such as installing cabinets, doors, windows, and trim with precision.
- Maintain Quality Standards : Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and craftsmanship standards.
- Ensure Safety : Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Problem Solve : Address on-site challenges swiftly while maintaining project momentum.
- Communicate Effectively : Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and crew members.
What You Bring :
- Extensive Carpentry Experience : Proven expertise in finish carpentry, with strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques.
- Leadership Skills : Ability to manage crews, schedule tasks, and maintain a positive jobsite culture.
- Organizational Skills : Strong planning and time management to coordinate multiple aspects of the project.
- Communication Skills : Professional, clear, and concise interaction with team members, clients, and supervisors.
- Commitment to Quality : Consistent focus on precision, safety, and delivering outstanding results.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in rough framing is beneficial but not required.
- Formal carpentry training or certification is a plus.
This role requires a hands-on leader who works well with Jason, our Supervisor / Foreman, and can drive projects to completion.
