Riot Creative Imaging in Orlandois seeking a location manager. If you have a background in large-format digital printing,then this might be a job for you.

The manager will be responsible for managing all phases of production;This includes everything from, working with our account reps,pre-press,and production teams, to project reviews, quality control systems, delivery, and installation.

Responsibilities :

• P&L responsibility for the center
• Direct and coordinate the processing and distribution of all work originating in the wide format department
• Manage and supervise production team
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Develop specific goals to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Implement production tracking and better quality control systems.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
• Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of print-related equipment.
• Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs.
• Institute employee suggestion or involvement.

Skills and Qualifications :

• 2-3years experience in large-format digital printing
• 2+ years in a management rolein the printing industry
• Project management
• Background in Sales will be helpful as this position has direct interaction with customers
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, RIP software, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Technical knowledge in large-format digital printing, and color graphics, including direct-to-substrate, roll-feed and fabric printing and finishing, lamination, mounting, and digital routing
• Willing to extend hours of work when needed to meet customer demands and shop goals
• High School Diploma / GED required
