You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our client’s accounts payable processes across multiple regions, with a focus on Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Remote Global Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities :
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions for our client’s global operations, with a primary focus on EMEA region
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments, reconciliations and vendor communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies, identify process improvements and streamline workflows
- Utilize Workday and other financial systems to maintain up-to-date records, generate reports and analyze data for insights
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations and best practices related to accounts payable, particularly in the EMEA region
- Support audits, compliance initiatives and special projects as needed
Remote Global Accounts Payable Analyst Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable, with a focus on EMEA region
- In-depth knowledge of Workday financials system is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes and internal controls
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make recommendations
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
