Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, emotional, and mental aspects.

Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to treatments, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

Regularly evaluate patients' progress and response to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Nursing Care Planning and Implementation :

Develop individualized nursing care plans based on patients' needs, medical history, and treatment goals.

Administer medications, intravenous therapy, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and safety procedures.

Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and tracheostomy care with precision and attention to infection control practices.

Collaboration and Communication :

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and caregivers, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care instructions.

Document all nursing interventions, assessments, and patient responses accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) or other designated systems.

Patient Advocacy and Support :

Advocate for patients' rights, preferences, and autonomy, ensuring their voices are heard in the decision-making process.

Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families, especially during times of distress or uncertainty.

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare measures.

Quality Improvement and Compliance :

Adhere to nursing standards of practice, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, such as performance improvement projects, patient safety assessments, and infection control measures.

Stay updated on evidence-based practices, technological advancements, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development activities.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
