Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid)
$20 hr. to $22 hr.
Monday to Friday
Hybrid (Must live in Utah)
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements :
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- 6+ month of experience in recruitment
- Experience communicating professionally with Stakeholders and diverse individuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook , Excel, and other MS program
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and strong multitasking skills
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator :
- Engage with candidates, managers, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication throughout the coordination process
- Review resumes and sent them to the appropriate hiring managers
- Maintain an organized system to track candidates progress throughout the hiring process
- Adhere to established practices and procedures with a process-oriented mindset
