- My client is a well-established real estate firm conveniently located in Midtown, Manhattan near multiple forms of public transportation
- Real estate experience a plus, but not required! A great role for someone with accounting skills looking to break into the industry

- This role will be hybrid in office
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payables Specialist will include :
- Accounts Payable - handle approximately 100 invoices per week via Yardi / AvidXchange
- Assist with invoicing, ensuring all payment terms are consistent with agreements and contracts
- Communicate with vendors daily to ensure invoices are correct / ask for revisions when needed
Qualifications of the Accounts Payables Specialist :
- Up to one year of Accounts Payable experience; open to industry
- Experience with an accounting / ERP system such as AvidXchange or Yardi is a plus not a must
- Basic skills via Microsoft Excel
