Labor and Employment Law Attorney Position with multiple law firms in Orange County, CA
We are seeking talented and experienced Labor and Employment Law Attorneys for multiple law firms in Orange County, California.
These are well-known firms which pay great salaries. In this role, you will provide legal counsel to our clients in complex employment matters, specifically PAGA, wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and other related areas.
Responsibilities :
- Provide legal representation and counsel for our clients in employment matters, including PAGA, wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, wrongful termination claims, and other employment-related issues.
- Advise clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and manage paperwork in an organized and timely manner.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings such as hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
- Work with other attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure the highest quality legal representation and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with current employment laws and regulations to ensure that clients are informed of any relevant legal changes.
Requirements :
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California.
- 2+ years of experience in employment law, with specialty in PAGA and wage and hour and related disputes.
- Deep understanding of California employment laws and regulations, including those related to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of caseloads, prioritize competing demands, and handle complex legal disputes.
- Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys, staff, and clients.
This is a full-time position with the flexibility of either working in-office or remote depending on the client's requirements.
