I'm partnered with a highly respected, full-service law firm in San Jose. They are looking to add an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to their employment law department.
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in motion practice, responding to discovery or administrative charges as well as counseling clients - whether it be for employment law or some other area of law.
- Experience with case management, propounding and responding to discovery, depositions and preparing cases for trial.
- Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes is preferred but not required.
- Strong academic background
- Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
Benefits and Salary range :
- $145,000 - $200,000 (Candidate's qualifications and experience are considered in compensation)
