DESCRIPTION
Our client company is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager.
This entry-level role involves working closely with independent contractor salespeople, motivating them to achieve their sales goals, and managing various aspects of the sales process.
The ideal candidate will have some sales experience, a bachelor's degree, and reside in or near Fort Worth, Texas.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Team Interaction : Heavy phone interaction with salespeople to motivate and assist them in achieving sales targets.
Provide support and guidance to salespeople, helping them with order processing and addressing any concerns. Recruit and train new sales people
- Communication : Engage in daily email correspondence with salespeople to ensure effective communication and provide necessary updates.
- Training Meetings : Set up and manage training meetings for both new and established company sales personnel. Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Sales Maximization : Inspire and encourage salespeople to reach their maximum sales potential. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Qualifications : Some sales experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Reside in or near Fort Worth, Texas. Stable work history with no more than 2 jobs in a five-year period.
Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
Preferred Skills : Knowledge of motor oil, greases, and heavy equipment is advantageous. New or recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation :
Salary : $60,000
