The AHSG VP of Workforce Solutions develops a strong rapport with clients’ executive-level decision makers, captures sales opportunities of higher complexity, and is a confident negotiator.
This highly visible leader is actively engaged in the performance metrics of the team towards profitable revenue growth.
A day in the Life :
- Achieve or exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
- Grow market share and expand client base across the healthcare staffing service lines.
- Champion and maintain ownership of the AHSG company-wide cross-selling initiative across all brands.
- Develops a structured, detailed strategic plan to build new business relationships with key stakeholders and "C" level executives within client healthcare organizations.
- Lead, build and performance manage the Business Development team across staffing service lines. Actively manages team performance and pipeline using key metrics and professional CRM platform.
- Train, develop and actively coach Business Development team members to ensure a results-driven sales culture with high professional standards.
- Represents and negotiates on behalf of the company with senior executives and key buying influencers across multiple healthcare settings.
- Lead the Business Development team through response and negotiation of larger Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and or complex sales opportunities.
- Develop and deliver client presentations that communicate the overall company and brand value proposition to clients and decision-making influencers.
- Continually expand knowledge of healthcare staffing and managed services market trends, industry analyst updates, and competitive data by reviewing internal and external sources.
- Participate in key industry associations and trade organizations.
- Out of town travel approximately 40%.

True Grit Education and Experience :
- Healthcare MSP / VMS selling experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5-10+ years business development and sales leadership experience in the Healthcare Staffing industry.
- Experience in achieving success in high performance, results driven sales organizations.
- Strong background in selling to the healthcare industry across various client settings.
- Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting experience is preferred.
