In our continued mission to deliver the best value, experience and opportunity for our communities, stakeholders and partners using customer insights and experience, we are seeking a Real Estate Coordinator who will provide business and administrative support to the SVP, Real Estate and the members of the Real Estate team.
This position will report directly to the SVP, Real Estate with geographic flexibility to work remotely offered by Tanger’s hub-and-spoke approach to a modern Teams-driven workplace.
About the Role :
As the Real Estate Coordinator, you will serve as a partner to the SVP, Real Estate and the Real Estate team providing administrative support and relationship management.

How you will contribute to what we do :
- Provide general administrative support for the SVP, Real Estate and the members of the Real Estate team
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Keep the Real Estate team well informed of upcoming commitments, following up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keep Real Estate team apprised of incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive and confidential nature.
- Prepare presentations for department and slide decks as needed for various meetings.
- Prepare statistical analysis and meeting reports, attend meetings and distribute recaps.
- Draft edit, and format various documents to support the Real Estate team.
- Assist Real Estate team with research as needed.
- Assist with budgeting and developing spreadsheet tracking reports and expenses.
- Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
- Coordinate cross departmental outreach and maintain relationships across the organization. Act as a liaison to other departments.
- Assist in developing process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support the department with various projects as needed.
About You :
- You have at least four (4) years of experience providing administrative and project support, in a professional environment and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- You are detail-oriented and have experience handling multiple projects, while prioritizing workflow and meeting deadlines.
- You possess strong Microsoft PPT skills and experience preparing decks for professional presentations.
- You can anticipate needs and manage ever changing priorities and deadline.
- You can draw valid conclusions from meetings, share thoughts, and determine appropriate actions within standard or accepted practice.
- You excel at establishing positive professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You handle confidential information with care and adhering to privacy policies.
- You can problem solve and work independently and in a team setting.
