We’re looking to hire a Membership Coordinator for a prestigious global energy conference . Join us to be a key player in the most impactful gathering of energy and technology leaders.
You’ll join the Innovation Agora team to manage relationships with new Sponsors and Partners, ensuring a successful and seamless experience.
This is a contract opportunity. The role is located in Boston, Massachusetts and can be performed Hybrid or Fully-Remote.
Membership Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary liaison for new Agora Sponsors, delivering their expected benefits.
- Align with Partner Liaison Managers to ensure consistency in deliverables and best practices.
- Assist Sponsors with CERAWeek and Agora registration processes.
- Coordinate with event departments (programming, operations, commercial) for effective Sponsor engagement.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and manage key risks.
- Ensure accurate processing of sponsorship and partnership contracts.
Membership Coordinator Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to travel to Houston for the event and several days prior.
- Experience in customer relations, customer service, or sponsorship preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
