- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities w / 1-4 years in HVAC or facilities, mechanical service related business.
- Strong verbal and written communications
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections

- Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Responsibilities
- You will provide support to service operations, helping to ensure that all commitments to the customer are met in a timely, high quality, and cost-effective manner.
- In this role, you will be communicating with internally with managers and technicians to maintain and grow client base.
- Work closely with the manager, you will help the team complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals
- Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner
- Support Customer Service Dispatching, scheduling
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
- Assist in administrative, accounting, and support of sales / service
Benefits
- Compensation : $20.00 - $27.00 / hour
